Why should I drink lots of water?
Water prevents dehydration, cleans out the body, and promotes healing processes.

This will help you.. When you wake up in the morning, fill a 0.5 l water bottle and drink it to start your day. Refill the bottle throughout the day.
Can I use a 1 or 1,5 l bottle?
Yes, you can (: I personally use a 0.5 l one. First of all it's handy &second of all I can take it with me every where I go. I think a big bottle would just bother me, because it wouldn't fit into all my purses &it would be super heavy.
I don't like water, how can I drink more?
You can mix it with a LITTLE bit of orange/apple/grape/or any other juice. Be creative mix it with anything you like.
Did I drink enough?
Yes, if your pee is colorless or slightly yellow. No, if your pee is yellow or dark yellow.
Can drinking lots of water help me lose weight?
YES! If you cut out beverages that are high in calories &replace them with water.
Also drinking lots of water will make you less hungry and you are less likely to overeat.

p.s. Divide the amount you need and drink several 0.5 l bottles of water throughout the day. // Don't overdo it! Drinking too much water can be toxic! // Drink tea, eat foods that are rich in water. (soup, tomatoes, carrots, watermelon,..)
